The venerable Ain't It Cool News website weighs in with a favorable (and fairly lengthy) review penned by good old Optimus Douche, a reviewer who self-admittedly hates westerns and also went into All-Star Western #1 with an active hatred for Jonah Hex. If the book can win over a hater who's up front about his hatred, what does that tell you? You can peep what he had to sayhere.
It's a great book and I've been singing it's praises to everyone who's trying the new 52 books. Haven't heard a complaint yet.
